Hired farmyard bouncy castle and disco speaker for a 4th birthday party. All went like clockwork. Everything well communicated and delivered /taken down on time. Great service and lots of choice of castles, add on's etc. Definitely recommend.

Good communication prior to party day. Prompt arrival at start to set up and removal at end of party. Quality items, all children had great fun. Would definitely use again.

Hired soft play with ball pit and ride on toys for my sons first birthday party. It was great, lovely product in great condition, the kids loved it and it was a central focus to the party. I recently booked the disco dome available with Best Hire and had a professional, reassuring service from Luke who dealt with everything very efficiently and clearly on the telephone. He explained everything to me and also followed up with an email to confirm all the details. He was also competitive on price. He also seemed very concerned with safety and made it clear that if the winds were high on the day we wouldn't be able to go ahead - so he clearly values health and safety over profit which, when you're about to entertain lots of small children, is what you want to hear. He rang on the day to confirm everything and was a star from start to finish. I would totally recommend Luke and Best Party Hire to anyone who is thinking of throwing a children's party with a bouncy castle/disco dome. I would definitely use his company again.

Highly recommended, Luke was punctual and speedy at setting up. Communication leading up to the party was above and beyond. All equipment was of a high standard and the kids absolutely loved it! Booked the 15ft castle with extras as happy hopperz. It was a bit last minute with only days away from the party but Luke was excellent. The communication was very good, texts and e mails confirming everything. It was delivered right on time and collected spot on.
